Midlands Series starts at Gilboa Challenge
Next Sunday, we have the pleasure and privilege of running the Midlands Series – Gilboa Challenge.
The medium and long courses include a quad- (and lung) busting climb. The trail is usually slippery and wet.
But just when you are thinking of sending the organisers hate mail, 
you look around at the dappled light seeping through the insane forest you are in. And then you emerge onto the plateau with a view and waterfall that falls away in front of you, sweeping away any cramp or frustration.
It is truly magnificent!
The short course winds through the shady plantations at the base of the mountain with bright greens and golden sunshine – perfect for novices and children.
The finish line rewards each & every one with lush lawns, a dam to cool off in, a champions welcome and a fantastic vibe.
