THE START OF THE NEW PLAN - LETS DREAM TOGETHER
Post lockdown, where to from here?
After the Presidential address on Monday, many businesses, societies, communities and families have been pushed into the whirlpool of unknown.
Yes, it is going to impact many of us heavily, with many unanswered questions and for many of us, we have no choice but to turn into survival mode.
So, what do we do? Where do we begin? How do we start picking up the pieces?
So many questions, not many answers…
This is the time we learn to adapt, to overcome and to rework ourselves.
The KZNTR Family have been brainstorming for a way forward once we exit the “Lockdown” period. The plan is to reformat our events, to work with the restrictions placed on public gatherings. The goal is to bring the community closer to what we all love – the freedom and beauty of trails.
So, here’s what we are thinking about bringing to you when we can:
• A trail experience – pure trails, no frills and no fuss with take away food options.
• No crowding, limited numbers
• We’re gonna batch it with runners and walkers starting over a few hours– individuals, pairs, groups of 4, 6, maybe up to 8.
• Keeping it basic – no “traditional” race village, no spectators, no kids zone.
We are eager to hear your thoughts and ideas, to help YOU get closer to you love. Leave your comments here or email us on email@example.com.
We’re looking ahead to the new horizon, adapting to the times but keeping what we love alive! Obviously, we hope to return to our full and vibey events, but we don’t know how long that may take. Please know that any entries you complete during this period will be credited if the event is further postponed.
