The KZNTR Winter Series resumes this weekend with the second installment at the ever popular and accessible Hilton College on Sunday 19 May. Last week saw the series kick off at the exciting new venue, Dusi Trails – with great reports of an exhilarating experience all round, the tone has been set for the next two events!
The sublime trails through indigenous plateau grasslands, lush plantation and dense valley bushveld of the spectacular Hilton College Estate and Nature Reserve never disappoint. Even more special because these are tracts of landscape that are not normally accessible to the public and so this is a rare opportunity to explore them, whilst simultaneously testing your mettle!
KZNTR events held at Hilton College also help to raise funds for ring-fenced estate management projects, which contribute to the preservation and development of the Estate’s conservation areas.
As usual, there will be three distances to choose from; 7km, 13km and 22km. The 7km is a great event for families, beginners and those looking for something a little less strenuous whilst the 13km and particularly the 22km will provide more of challenge. Walkers are welcome on the 7km and 13km course
