Series Details
As we move to Level 4 lock down, we are now able to give our backyards a bit of a break and take our trail blazing out into a wider 5km world! In line with these new freedoms, we are introducing the Radius Run Series that will be taking place throughout the month of May.

Time: 6:00 – 9:00am
Official Race Distances: 2km | 5km | 10km | 15km | 21km
Theme: TBA
Please be sure to take the necessary precautions and do not run in groups. Run within the allotted time and only within your 5km radius.
These events are dog friendly and we encourage families to get involved where possible.

At midday after each event, Andrew and Lauren will do a LIVE BROADCAST from the KZNTR Headquarters onto the KZNTR Facebook page, wrapping up the mornings events and prize giveaways.
The prizes will include KZNTR vouchers and KZNTR kit. The most creative post (think pictures, videos, aid stations, marshalls, kiddies runs etc.) on the KZN Trail Running Group on Facebook will be in line for the prize.
The main prize for this event event is a Voucher for a nights stay at ANEW Hotel Hilton (Based on Room only for 2 adults & 2 children).

To be included in the results, you will need to submit your race details via the button on this page and the link published on the Facebook event page on the day of each event. Please submit these before 10am on Race Day so that we can add you to the Live Broadcast results.

On race day, there will be a FB Live Broadcast “start” at 6:45am and Prize Giving at midday.
Strava users can request to join the Radius Run Challenge Group to join the weekly leader board and follow the cumulative running being done by our community!
Get out there!
Time to re-acquaint yourself with the old neighbourhood! Get out there and give your neighbours a friendly wave (at a distance), dodge traffic (please stay off the roads) and race past that one house with the dog that always barks. The course will follow the same idea as the Garden Trail Series but this time with five distances – 2, 5, 10, 15 and a 21km to choose from.
