Time is a very weird thing in Lockdown. Radius Run 3. How did we get here so fast? And yet so slooowly, it’s our 8th “virtual” event!
From the KZNTR headquarters, we are fortunate to have a view of one of the hillsides surrounding Howick. The afternoon sun on the hill, where trails lie yonder, makes it look like a tantalising paradise and nostalgia always hits us, longing for the places we cant go, the things we can’t do.
And yet every morning we head out onto the roads within our radius and become overwhelmed with gratitude for the places we CAN go, for the friendly faces we see while I’m out there and for the things, we CAN do.
At the end of the day, that hillside is still there and so are the places we long to visit, the things we want to do.
Our time will come…
Radius Run 3 is all about “YOUR HOME TURF”. We want you to share your little piece of a nearby trail. The place that fills your soul each morning. Get prepping, we cant wait to see your happy space!
Official Start video (not a live broadcast this time) to be posted at 6am so all the early starters can get in on the vibe, and Prize Giving live broadcast on the KZNTR Facebook page at midday.
