KZNTR’s Early Bird Rates Drop!
Budgets are tightening, lists are growing, but the desire to explore, to experience, to adventure continues to grow!
So, we have found a way for you to satisfy your need , to continue to get out onto the trails.
You can run for LESS in 2020 than you did in 2019.
All our single day event entries open with an Early Bird Special, that is valid until three weeks before the event.
All you need to do is plan! Free up your weekends in advance, book your experience and pay less for your run!
There has been a slight increase in our normal entry fees (opens after the Early Bird Special expires), so if you plan ahead, you can save.

New date for Monties 2020
This prestigious mountain ultra is moving forward to 15 August 2020 and it’s an event you won’t want to miss!
Set in the heart of the Royal Natal Park, it takes participants through the rugged and pure trails of the Drakensberg Range.
Moving through the Mahai Valley up to the escarpment where you will be led to the infamous chain ladders. Then scramble down through the Gully and your journey home will be nearing its end.
It’s a life altering experience, awakening your senses as you stumble, rise up and grow.
2019 saw new additions to this historic event with new cut-offs making your finish more attainable and the move of the race village to the world-class Mahai Campsite encouraging a greater spectator and family vibe.
And 2020 promises to be better, more involved and more rewarding!
Despite budgets being tightened, you can still become part of the experience! Payment plans will be available for the 48hrs opening special. Simply enter online, choose the EFT payment option and finalise your entry. Then pop an email to info@kzntrailrunning.co.za and your payment plan will be arranged.
