A crispy morning with the warmest trail community kicked off the 2019 Eston Trail Run. Energy levels were high and the enthusiasm of participants were evident! Just over 300 runners to the trails with three fantastic distances of 5km, 10km and 20km. Courses took runners through the beauty of Tala Private Game Reserve where wandering wildlife awaited, some rhino were greeted with excitement! Then rustling sugarcane, beautiful farmlands and rustic bushveld. It was not long before we saw the first participants fire through, with the young ladies claiming victory of the 5km race. Messages off the course were that, it was simply beautiful!
