Going into its’ 7th year The uMngeni River Run is about embracing the quiet bush and trail running in its purest form and now takes place from its’ exciting new venue, WESSA uMngeni Valley Nature Reserve! This new venue allows runners to experience the best of their favourite pristine WESSA and Hilton College trails in the uMngeni Valley.

It’s rare that these elements come together so close to a city centre, but the URR offers an opportunity to escape and reconnect on the web of trails alongside the uMngeni River! With 10km, 25km, 50km and introducing the newly added 75km ultra distance, there is something for everyone
