KIDZONE
IN rACE vILLAGE

Come and explore the magnificent forested valleys of Honey Hill that has been left in its natural state for the past 5 decades. Over this period, it has become a refuge for various wildlife including a diversity of birds and wildflowers along with the impressive and striking magnificence of the Cabbage and Flatcrown trees. As such it has even drawn the attention of various studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s School of Life Science department. In the hopes of bringing people closer to nature, several trails have been developed for cyclists, hikers and trail runners alike to come and enjoy.

Pre-entries close at MIDDAY on Friday, 15th November. Late entries will be available on the day of the event but at a R50 surcharge (U18s exempt).Substitutions can also be made before the event but need to be finalised a week before the event commences and are charged a R50 admin fee. To arrange a substitution, contact info@kzntrailrunning.co.za.

Registration and late entries will open at 6:00 am through to 7:30 am. Please arrive with plenty of time to process your registration.

KZNTR KidZone will be available for Children (2yrs+). Experienced childminders will allow parents to get out and enjoy exhilarating trails by distracting (and watching over) the little ones with stimulating and fun activities at the Race Village.

As KZNTR is moving toward the more ecologically friendly cupless water tables, we ask you to please ensure that you bring your own trail cup, water bottles and/or hydration packs for on course hydration and refills!
