This year will mark the 2nd annual Christmas Trail Run at the uMngeni Valley Nature Reserve with WESSA. This reserve on the edge of the Howick Falls is a true gem, rarely explored, but breath-takingly scenic! Single track hugging the edge of the valley with thick bushveld, aloes and game as spectators.
Bring along the christmas spirit by playing dressing up. A prize for the most festive attire will be awarded on the evening. Extra points will be awarded to those who have flare, and most importantly, flashing lights.
After both events stay for dinner, enjoy the fun whilst we celebrate a fantastic year of trail adventures.
Prices include R50 entry fee per person to explore and experience the reserve.
Pre-entries will close on Thursday, 6th December. Late entries will be available on the day of the event but at a R50 surchage fee (U18s exempt).
Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to process your registration
KZNTR KidZone will be available for Children (2yrs+). Experienced childminders will allow parents to get out and enjoy exhilarating trails by distracting (and watching over) the little ones with stimulating and fun activities at the Race Village.
As KZNTR is moving toward the more ecologically friendly cupless water tables, we ask you to please ensure that you bring your own trail cup, water bottles and/or hydration packs for on course hydration and refills!
