Venue Change - Aloe Wildlife replaces Dusi

We are very stoked that Aloe Wildlife is coming back into the Summer Series, although it’s not an intentional change as much as it is brought about by COVID.

With Dusi Trails in such close proximity to Gold Circle’s practice race track, we had to make the change.

Aloe Wildlife is only a few kilometers away, so it’s a really small adjustment in terms of travel.

Only 15 Minutes from Hillcrest and PMB this venue, which has drawn some of our biggest fields to date, is bound to be a hit come 22 November 2020.

KZNTR is CUPLESS

Some time ago, we realised that the vast majority of the waste generated by our events consisted of cups. Polystyrene cups. Plastic cups. Bags and bags of them. Single-use rubbish that ends up in the landfill/rivers, you name it.

And that is not cool at all!

This is why we are a CUPLESS organisation. In some circumstances (e.g. coffee stations at some events) we use reusable enamel mugs, but our aid stations and finish line hydration all require you to bring your own cup/bottle to refill.

It’s more hygienic too!

We will supply all liquids in dispensers, 2l bottles or jugs that are easy to refill from and sanitise before & after.

So please remember your collapsible cup
(TrailShed have some great options) or bottle for your events, especially as the weather heats up and hydration becomes critical!
